Zach Levy began his legal career as a “biglaw” finance attorney at King & Spalding LLP in New York City, focusing primarily on lender representation for large-scale real estate development projects, both locally (i.e. the New York Metropolitan area) and nationally.
Trevor works directly with license holders, operators and applicants on both the business and legal side and brings his expertise as a corporate and M&A attorney and former EY consultant to provide guidance on corporate structure, governance and growth strategy.
Dianna Houenou served as senior policy advisor and associate counsel in Governor Phil Murphy's office prior to being appointed to the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission.
Willis currently serves on the advisory board of University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law’s Innovation for Justice (i4J) program. In addition, to serving on The Legal Services Corporation’s Emerging Leaders Council.
Mr. DeVeaux, a graduate of Rutgers University and a commissioned officer in the United States Army, brings a wealth of state and national private, public, and not-for-profit sector experience to this team.
