Brandon also oversees the Telvista@Home platform.

Brandon has spent the past 6 years overseeing Brick & Mortar and Work @ Home platforms for Fortune 500 companies. This includes 7 locations in the USA, Canada and Nicaragua with a utilization of 7,200 seats. Brandon brings an abundance of knowledge in dialer management, Inbound call handling and is the resident expert for implementing successful strategies to maximize performance while increasing customer satisfaction.
