You got into the cannabis business for a lot of different reasons, but not to push papers and handle admin “stuff”. The people part of this business, like any other, is complicated and messy, balancing internal compliance requirements, external laws and regulations, and the unknown of human nature and personalities. In this presentation we will be offering you ways of managing HR policies that you may never have thought are important and discussing strategies for promoting a positive culture and attracting premium talent.
