Session Abstract
The War On Drugs has had undeniable and devastating impacts on the entire planet. These negative effects are most apparent in poor communities, especially communities of color. With the re-legalization of cannabis, how can states and communities best re-legalize cannabis while addressing many of the issues created by prohibition? Which State is getting it right? Which ones have failed, and what does this mean in the context of New Jersey? We will be joined by a panel of community leaders and cannabis experts to discuss this important and complex topic.
