Stephen is currently managing CCell key accounts in Michigan, NewYork, and New Jersey markets. He is also the co-creator of award-winning cannabis product, the Axiom Hash Wrap. He also founded Los Angeles delivery service MRLA, servicing markets from Long Beach to Sylmar from 2018 to 2022.

Extensive sales background with senior level management experience, Stephens 10 years of Cannabis Operations and Management experience are preceded by 10 years on Wall Street as an Equities Broker in New York. He Holds a BA in Political Science from Columbia University 2004. After 10 years in Southern California Stephen now resides in Westchester, NY.
