Getting Started

1. Install the app on Google Play or the Apple Store, open the app, and tap on Get Started.

2. Enter your registration information and click Submit.

3. Enter your email and password (Your password will be assigned to you. Find it on the documentation in your booth the morning of setup.)

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I scan a badge?

1. Tap the scan button at the bottom middle of the screen.
2. Tap Ok or Allow to allow the app to use your camera.
3. Point your camera at the bar code so it lines up with the scanner area on your screen.

What is my password?

Your password will be assigned to you. Find it on the documentation in your booth the morning of setup.

Can I manually add a badge?

1. Yes, tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
2. Tap on Manual Badge Entry.
3. Enter the badge info, scroll to the bottom, and click submit.

Can I edit or add notes to an entry?

1. Yes, tap on the entry you want to edit.
2. Tap the edit icon in the top right.
3. Add or modify any information, scroll to the bottom, and click submit.

How do I export or save the badges?

1. To export badges, tap the menu icon in the top left.
2. Tap on Settings.
3. Tap Export CSV to save the CSV to your device. This will be saved in the folder BusinessExpo as BusinessExpo.csv. Tap Share CSV and select the app you would like to share it with such as your email app.
